Jim Barnett is very well known in Central Illinois.  For many years Jim was the "friendly weatherman" for this area.  He can still be seen on local television, on our Jim Barnett Realty 1 commercials, because he is a firm believer in the power of television advertising.

Jim has always been involved in real estate.  He helped build his parents home when he was in college and started building his first home "hands on" when he was 22.  He has been building, rehabbing and renting properties ever since.  Jim was also partners in another real estate brokerage company.  Jim uses his construction knowledge, his knowledge of the local market and his exposure in the community to "get the job done" for our clients.
